Master in International Business Law, Contracting and International Relations

  • This master has been designed according to the requirements of the international law firms and institutions referring to a global level. It is aimed at those who are interested in practicing business law from an international perspective.

In the globalized world in which we live, relations between companies and individuals from different countries are more common, close and constant. This has made both our similarities and our differences even more apparent. We find both when dealing with different legal systems, which are essential in personal and commercial relations.

A lawyer today is therefore forced to deal with this reality, for which the law school has not sufficiently prepared him. To alleviate this deficiency, this program has brought together a faculty of recognized experts, to prepare professionals who have to advise from large companies to family businesses and help them successfully manage everything related to international traffic.

This program provides knowledge of the legal, economic and social context in which a company moves when it internationalizes its operations and the particular knowledge about the most relevant areas for success, from the incorporation of the company to each of the businesses it undertakes.

  • Taught in online format, the program is completed with a face-to-face meeting at the end of the program. This allows for the consolidation of relationships between teachers and students, favouring the establishment of a solid network of professional contacts.

Due to its modular nature, the program can be started in three different windows throughout the year; in May, July and October.

    • Law and consulting firms
    • Legal departments of national and international companies
    • International organizations such as the European Union, the UN or the European Free Trade Association.
    • Other types of entities, such as foundations, that develop their activity in an international context.
