Why should you study the Law Degree + Master in Sports and Entertainment Markets and Law simultaneously with the Law Degree?
The sports industry occupies one of the most important positions within the entertainment sector, which implies the need to have the appropriate knowledge and professionals who know how to face the challenges behind it. This includes both legal and organizational aspects, from the most general point of view, training students as frontline jurists, to the most specific affecting the world of sport and its most characteristic aspects. In this line, it is fundamental to know how sports organizations work, how they are managed, and how they resolve their conflicts.
This master’s program provides an overview of the legal, economic, organizational, and management aspects that affect sports, e-sports, and entertainment. Therefore, various modules are included that connect sports activity with audiovisual, gaming, videogame, information, audiovisual platform policies, protection of rights derived from brand policies, etc.
In short, it is about explaining and specializing students with the central elements of the markets associated with sports and entertainment.
At ISDE, the international perspective is always present, considering that excellence cannot be achieved without having an open and empathetic vision with the globalized world in which we live. This reality becomes even more relevant, even more so, in the fields of law, sports, and entertainment; and our young people should be protagonists (and not mere spectators) in this new scenario. You will be offered internships in the best financial institutions, sports federations and law firms in Spain that will provide you with professional tools and skills beyond the merely academic ones. You will have a total of 1,050 hours of training, distributed throughout the 4 years of the program. This figure positions this double program, exclusive to ISDE, as unique in the European teaching offer.

Academic stays
Mandatory
In the last course, a trip to the USA is made. In this academic trip, ISDE students not only receive training from the faculty of the collaborating universities, but also live a vital experience that favors their personal growth. ISDE has a series of agreements with prestigious universities in the United States that design, together with ISDE’s academic team, the corresponding programs tailored to the international and deep education that the institution offers to its students. The content of these programs is always defined by two main approaches: internationality and excellence. Current issues are approached from a broad perspective and with a participatory system that induces students to form their own opinions and to evaluate the international legal and financial environment that will surround them when they finish their studies and join their professional career.
Relatives
Students can join the Erasmus+ program for long-term university stays in other European countries. ISDE has agreements with universities in Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, France, Italy… that complement the obligatory international stay in the USA.
