href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/camara-de-comercio-de-madrid\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\">Secretary General of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/urquiola-de-palacio\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\">Urquiola De Palacio<\/a>, Co-Director of the program and President of the <a
