Over a couple of days of intensive work, ISDE students had the opportunity to study in depth, general matters related to the Sports legal system in U.S., such as Labor Unions in U.S. Professional Sports, Federal Antitrust Law, Gambling in U.S. Sports\u2026 At the same time, the students were able to discuss about one of the \u2018hottest\u2019 subjects on U.S. sports these days, the \u2018Lockout\u2019 on the National Football League (NFL) and on the National Basketball Association (NBA).<\/p>\n
Once again, Jeffrey Mishkin, with his vast knowledge in the field, delighted the students of the Master in International Sports Law programme, run by ISDE.<\/p>\n
