That\u2019s why, together with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/cinpaa\/\">&#8220;CINPAA&#8221; INTERNATIONAL COOPERATIVE FOR NEW PEDAGOGY, TRAINING &amp; CONSULTING<\/a>, we proudly organized the Executive Banking Leadership Program \u2013 International Program in Banking Transformation &amp; ESG, an intensive five-day program in Madrid that brought together senior professionals from Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Tanzania to share experiences, knowledge, and cutting-edge practices.<\/p>\n<p>During the week, participants had the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into European banking and regulatory frameworks, explore digital transformation strategies in financial services, learn about the latest trends in sustainable finance and ESG, and develop leadership skills in the digital era. All of this took place in an environment that encouraged networking with European financial institutions and international peers.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Fadi, Director of CINPAA and its representative in Spain, organizer of the program, and Dr. Eid, Coordinator in charge of follow-up, inaugurated the event.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/germ%C3%A1n-ruiz-g%C3%B3mez-858385192\/\">Germ\u00e1n Ruiz G\u00f3mez<\/a>, Business Development Director at ISDE, welcomed the participants.\u00a0The program included academic sessions and workshops with renowned experts such as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/juanabascalcastanon\/\">Juan Abascal Casta\u00f1\u00f3n MBA<\/a>\u00a0and Javier Santacruz, visits to key institutions including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/indosuez-wealth-management\/\">Indosuez Wealth Management<\/a>,\u00a0the Stock Exchange Palace, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/universidad-camilo-jos%C3%A9-cela\/\">Universidad Camilo Jos\u00e9 Cela<\/a>\u00a0, as well as a closing ceremony where ISDE certificates were awarded, recognizing the excellence of each participant.<\/p>\n<p>At ISDE, we provide not only a top-tier academic environment and access to international experts, but also certification that validates participation in a unique program, reinforcing our commitment to excellence, innovation, and global leadership.<\/p>\n<p>We want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all participants for their dedication and learning, and especially celebrate the winners of this edition, whose effort and commitment reflect the bright future of global banking.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At ISDE, we believe that developing leaders is key to tackling the challenges of the global financial sector.
