At ISDE Barcelona, we held the event \u201cBrands in the Digital Era: Challenges and Opportunities,\u201d a space for reflection on the legal and strategic challenges faced by brands in an increasingly digitalized environment.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Together with PONS Business School<\/a> and with the participation of experts from the legal and business sectors, we addressed key issues such as competition in the digital economy, the protection of industrial and intellectual property, and the regulatory future of brands. And through ACCI\u00d3<\/a>, this project is connected with Catalonia\u2019s business and innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n

The event began with an institutional welcome from Montse Pinto Sala, Executive Director of ISDE Barcelona, and Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Magro Martinez<\/a>, General Director of PONS Business School, who highlighted the importance of addressing the challenges brands face in the digital environment. Next, the opening lecture was delivered by Isabel Cortes Martinez<\/a>, Coordinator of the Brands, Competition, and Advertising module. This was followed by a roundtable moderated by Erika Jimenez Leube<\/a>, Director of the Master\u2019s Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property and Technological Innovation in Barcelona, with the participation of Rosalia Salvia Lopez<\/a>, Intellectual Property Director at ISDIN<\/a>; Joan Sansaloni<\/a>, Leader of the Industrial and Intellectual Property \u2013 Transfer and Technology team at ACCI\u00d3<\/a>; JOSE MARIA DEL VALLE ESCALANTE<\/a>, Business Development Director for Catalonia and Aragon at PONS IP; and Isabel Cort\u00e9s herself, generating an enriching, high-level debate. The meeting concluded with the presentation of the Master\u2019s Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property and Technological Innovation, followed by a networking session that allowed participants to continue sharing ideas and experiences.<\/p>\n
