Associate lawyer at the Corporate and M&A practice area of Clifford Chance Madrid.
Specialized in advising Spanish and overseas financial institutions on M&A deals, corporate restructuring and general, day-to-day corporate matters. He has acted for insurance undertakings in bancassurance agreements, portfolio transfers, distribution and agency agreements as well as joint ventures and his experience also extends to the energy and infrastructure sectors, where he has advised both private firms and corporates on acquisitions and divestments.
He graduated both in law and political science from Universidad de Valencia (awarded with extraordinary prize) and pursued a double master’s degree in access to the practice of law and EU law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (VI Professor Illescas award). Before joining Clifford Chance he worked for three years in the Madrid office of an international law firm.
