Introduction and objectives

There are goals that human beings cannot achieve alone. That is why we need to associate with others in increasingly large and complex organizations. These structures require rules to organize their internal functioning, as is the case with companies. In addition, companies establish relationships with society and with other businesses, giving rise to new rules—more complex as these relationships grow in scale and become more international.

This complexity requires specialists. Professionals who can help companies navigate challenges and achieve their objectives. In the legal field, this means lawyers specialized in business law, with in-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, international commercial contracting, and competition law.

And who can train you to become one of the best specialists of the future? The best specialists of today, using the most effective methods. That is exactly what this course offers.
