This program provides essential legal knowledge of corporate law and, at the same time, information on the latest legislative and jurisprudential developments affecting it, through the analysis of operations and real cases.
Additionally, the student will see the issues not only from a legal perspective but also globally so that they can align their technical knowledge with the rest of the departments, for the maximum creation of value for the company; that is, to maximize profits for shareholders or owners.

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
