Choosing Law at 18 is normal.
Four years later, not being sure whether you want to work in a law firm or in a company as well.
Many students start their degree thinking about “something related to business” or “something international.” But most do not see what that work is really like until they have already finished.
At ISDE, something different happens. During the program, you get to know law firms, financial institutions, regulation, and markets from the inside. Not to specialize yet, but to understand how they work and be able to decide with sound judgment. You study to start moving within your future profession.

Why should you study the Bachelor’s Degree in Law + Master’s in Stock Exchange & International Finance?
The biggest problem when choosing a degree is not its difficulty, but knowing where it will lead you.
The Law Degree + Master in Stock Exchange & International Finance at ISDE is designed for those who want to work in environments where law and business come together: corporate transactions, banking, investment, regulation, or financial advisory.
During these four years:
- You understand how a law firm works and how a financial institution operates
- You see what areas truly exist before having to choose
- You work with practicing professionals
- You complete internships from the first year
- And you obtain certifications linked to financial markets
You do not wait until graduation to discover the profession. You get to know it while you train.
You prepare to practise Law in the real world
You train as a solid, well-rounded legal professional, able to understand, interpret, and apply the Law in demanding and constantly evolving contexts, developing sound judgement, professional rigour, and leadership skills.
You learn Law as it is practised
From the very beginning, you work with a practical methodology that combines a solid theoretical foundation, real case analysis, legal argumentation, and teamwork, bringing the classroom closer to the reality of legal practice.

You benefit from a top-tier faculty made up of active professionals and leading academics, who bring a current, practical perspective closely connected to the realities of the legal sector.
You gain professional experience from the first year

01 .
Introduction and objectives
This Degree in Law and Master’s in Stock Exchange and Finance program trains an increasingly in-demand profile: a professional capable of understanding both the legal framework and the economic functioning of transactions at the same time.
During the degree, you acquire a solid legal foundation: Civil Law, Commercial Law, Procedural Law, International Law, and European Union Law.
At the same time, the master’s program incorporates the real functioning of the markets:
- Financial products
- Financial regulation
- Legal risks in investment
- Regulatory compliance
- Structure of securities markets
The objective is not to study two separate, isolated, or independent disciplines. It is to develop professional judgment to analyze real situations, understand business decisions, and participate in them.
You do not finish your studies wondering what to pursue. You graduate knowing which environments suit you.

Academic Stays
Mandatory
ISDE students not only receive training from the faculty of partner universities, but also live a life experience that fosters their personal growth. ISDE maintains a series of agreements in the USA with prestigious universities that design, together with ISDE’s academic team, the corresponding programmes tailored to the international and in-depth training that the institution offers students. The content of these programmes is always defined by two main approaches: internationality and excellence. Current topics are addressed from a broad perspective and with a participatory system that encourages students to form their own opinions and assess the environment that will surround them when they complete their studies and begin their professional careers.
Electives
Students can join the Erasmus+ programme to undertake long-term university stays in other European countries. ISDE has agreements with universities in Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, France, Italy… which complement the mandatory international stays in the USA.
06 .
Certificate of accreditation
In compliance with current legislation and, specifically, as established in Article 4.4 of Decree 84/2004, it is hereby stated that ISDE programmes have a professional orientation and, therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are educational programmes that do not lead to the award of an officially recognised degree, but rather an ISDE proprietary qualification.
