We are pleased to announce the recipients of the Legal Award in its 15th edition. This new edition celebrates excellence in the legal sector. In the Student category, the award has been granted to Gonzalo DĂaz-Heredero LĂłpez for his paper âAnalysis of the Exemption in Article 7 p) of the Spanish Personal Income Tax Act (LIRPF)â, and in the Professional category, the winner is MarĂa Laffitte Ageo for her study âBidding and Awarding Processes for Venues of Sports Championships in Spain: A Comparative Study of Federation Regulations and Their Compliance with Competition Law and Public Procurement.â
The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Aula Magna of ISDE (C/ Serrano 208, Madrid). In addition to the presentation of the awards, the event will feature a keynote lecture by Beatriz MartĂnez-Falero GarcĂa, Director of Legal Counsel and Member of the Executive Committee at MAHOU San Miguel, titled âAI and Cybersecurity on Boards of Directors: The Role of Internal Advisory.â
