Intensive Week in Switzerland: Exploring the Depths of the Sports World with the Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills with FC Barcelona 馃帗 Our students had an exceptional week in Switzerland, visiting some of the world’s most influential sports organizations and diving deep into sports management and law through a series of unique experiences.
During their stay in Switzerland, our Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills students explored governance and contracts at the FIM (F茅d茅ration Internationale de Motocyclisme), delved into FIBA’s organizational structure with a museum tour and discussions on basketball’s Champions League, marveled at Olympic history, and learned about dispute resolution at the TAS/CAS (Tribunal Arbitral du Sport / Court of Arbitration for Sport / Tribunal Arbitral del Deporte). Additionally, they gained valuable insights at the BAR脟A ACADEMY and the International Ice Hockey Federation, concluding their journey with a visit to FIFA and its museum, immersing themselves in the heart of global football and its historical influence.
Each visit provided a deep insight into how operations, governance, and legal strategies are handled in sports globally, equipping our students with invaluable knowledge that transcends the classrooms.
