At ISDE, we believe that developing leaders is key to tackling the challenges of the global financial sector. That’s why, together with “CINPAA” INTERNATIONAL COOPERATIVE FOR NEW PEDAGOGY, TRAINING & CONSULTING, we proudly organized the Executive Banking Leadership Program – International Program in Banking Transformation & ESG, an intensive five-day program in Madrid that brought together senior professionals from Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Tanzania to share experiences, knowledge, and cutting-edge practices.
During the week, participants had the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into European banking and regulatory frameworks, explore digital transformation strategies in financial services, learn about the latest trends in sustainable finance and ESG, and develop leadership skills in the digital era. All of this took place in an environment that encouraged networking with European financial institutions and international peers.
Dr. Fadi, Director of CINPAA and its representative in Spain, organizer of the program, and Dr. Eid, Coordinator in charge of follow-up, inaugurated the event. Germán Ruiz Gómez, Business Development Director at ISDE, welcomed the participants. The program included academic sessions and workshops with renowned experts such as Juan Abascal Castañón MBA and Javier Santacruz, visits to key institutions including Indosuez Wealth Management, the Stock Exchange Palace, and Universidad Camilo José Cela , as well as a closing ceremony where ISDE certificates were awarded, recognizing the excellence of each participant.
