ISDE celebrated in its headquarters in Madrid a Seminar about the ‘Essential skills of a lawyer in their professional activity’.

Mr. Julio Garcia Ramirez, speaker of the Seminar and Academic Director of the ‘Master de Perfeccionamiento de Habilidades de la Abogacía’ run by ISDE and that will start in Madrid on the 23rd of October 2009, is a lawyer graduated in Oratory and Communication by the New York Estate University.

ISDE celebrated in its headquarters in Madrid a Seminar about the ‘Essential skills of a lawyer in their professional activity’.

Mr. Julio Garcia Ramirez, speaker of the Seminar and Academic Director of the ‘Master de Perfeccionamiento de Habilidades de la Abogacía’ run by ISDE and that will start in Madrid on the 23rd of October 2009, is a lawyer graduated in Oratory and Communication by the New York Estate University.

The purpose of the seminar was showing that having strong and up to date juridical knowledge is as important as knowing how to act and react, how to negotiate and how to adapt to every circumstance, using appropriate oratory and communication skills, as well as personal ones.

It is proof that the majority of the clients who request the services of a lawyer, demand not only efficacy and efficiency to resolve the case but also they expect to be represented by a Lawyer who is able to communicate properly, managing and guiding the speech as necessary to deal with every situation successfully, with objectivity and sensitivity, transmitting the security to generate the trust needed while the duration of the case.
