Juan José Sánchez Puig, CEO of ISDE, and Germán Ruiz Gómez, Director of Business Development at ISDE, attended the VIII edition of the Premios Influyentes, organized by El Confidencial and Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, representing the institution and highlighting its commitment to excellence and leadership in the educational and professional fields.
The gala recognizes the most relevant personalities, companies, and organizations in eight different categories: science, culture, sports, business, sustainability, social impact, innovation, and career achievement, highlighting those who generate a positive impact on society.
The event was attended by Nacho Cardero, director of El Confidencial; Eduardo Soler Tappa, managing partner of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer; and JosĂ© Antonio Sánchez, executive president of El Confidencial, as well as the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel DĂaz Ayuso, who presented the awards and officially closed the ceremony.
The gala, marked by inspiration and excellence, awarded prominent figures: Carlos LĂłpez-OtĂn, researcher and professor at the University of Oviedo, recognized in the category of Science, Health and Innovation; Maarten Wetselaar, CEO of Moeve, highlighted in the category of Business; David UclĂ©s, writer, awarded in the category of Culture; Demetrio Carceller Arce, executive president of Damm, honored as Businessperson of the Year; Sandra Daza, board member of Hogar SĂ, recognized in the category of Social Impact; Juan Pedro Castellano DomĂnguez, director of the Doñana Natural Area, awarded in the category of Sustainability; Sarah Almagro, professional athlete, highlighted in the category of Sports; and Carmen Iglesias, director of the Royal Academy of History, recognized in the category of Career Achievement.
