We had the honor of welcoming Marcos Motta, founding partner of Bichara e Motta Advogados, who delivered an inspiring masterclass sharing his international experience in sports law at our Madrid and Barcelona campuses.
Mr. Motta has over 25 years of experience in sports law, serving as counsel in more than 400 FIFA and Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) cases. He is Legal Advisor for International Affairs at the CBF – Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, contributed to Brazil’s Lei Pelé, and played a key role in the Rio 2016 Olympics, and was involved in the landmark transfer of Neymar to PSG. He holds degrees from University of Warwick, ISDE, and Harvard Law School , and is a member of Rex Sports, EFAA (European Football Agents Association), and AIAF – Association Internationale des Avocats du Football .
