Paloma García-Castellón is a legal and public policy professional specialising in regulatory affairs, lobbying and institutional relations in highly regulated environments. She currently serves as General Counsel and Regulatory Affairs professional at Telefónica, where she leads public policy initiatives related to digital regulation, artificial intelligence, copyright and data sovereignty, and represents the company in EU and international policy forums.
With a background in tax law and over a decade of experience in regulatory and policy matters, she combines legal expertise with strategic public affairs practice. She holds academic training from Georgetown University, ESADE and Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
