At the occasion of the International Arbitration Seminars & Courses (IASC) that will take place in Madrid from June 19 to 24, 2017, the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF), jointly with ISDE, have organized an event opened to students and young professionals which will be held at ISDE’s headquarters in Madrid next June 21, 2017 (Wednesday) at 18:30 hours.
The program, which has been titled: “Energy Disputes: what the future holds for renewable energy arbitration cases in Spain” will consist of a lively roundtable discussion on energy disputes, focusing on the investment arbitration proceedings brought by foreign investors in the Spanish renewables sector, and will be followed by a cocktail reception.
ISDE, always with the aim of promoting leading academic education on Law and fully implied within the Arbitration field will host this event in its headquarters (c/ Recoletos, 6, Madrid).
