Introduction and objectives

  • The course will allow students to deepen their understanding of the international legal framework in the areas of public and private international law, commercial law, tax law and diplomatic and consular law.
  • The teaching staff is made up of ambassadors, consuls, ministers, civil servants and expert lawyers in service.
  • Intensive format that allows to maximize performance, enhance employability in the international legal sector and increase the network of professional contacts active in this area in record time.
  • It includes a visit to the consulate by the Minister Counselor of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Madrid.
  • This program leads to the obtention of an own degree issued by the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía.

Structure, location and calendar

The program consists of five days of lectures, which will be held from Monday to Friday during one week in October, in the morning schedule. The planned dates are from October 24 to 28.

The week includes an activity on Friday afternoon consisting of a visit to the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in Madrid.

ACCREDITED DEGREE

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.

In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
