In collaboration with PONS Business School and ISDE, this Master in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies prepares you to tackle the technical, strategic, and legal challenges of today’s digital environment, combining a solid foundation in law, technology, and business with an international and practical perspective.
Furthermore, it equips you to take on the role of a business partner in multinational settings, adding value through the comprehensive management of Industrial and Intellectual Property (IP). You will learn from top international professionals who share their experience in leading companies, law firms, and international organizations, providing you with a realistic and in-depth view of the market.
The program places special emphasis on competitive intelligence, leveraging PONS IP’s long-standing expertise as an international leader in industrial and intellectual property for over 70 years. Additionally, you will explore the new rights and opportunities arising from the Internet and Information Technologies, as well as the systems for protecting intangible rights at the national, European, and international levels. The curriculum also addresses the relationship between industrial property, competition law, and advertising regulations.

Learn how to manage industrial property rights linked to technology and all legal activities for managing technological and digital intangible assets.

Understand the legal framework for the protection and delimitation of data protection and intellectual property, and delve into each sector of the cultural and entertainment industry.

External Internships (12 ECTS)
Complete three months of guaranteed internships in law firms, companies, and leading national and international institutions.

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
