President of ISDE and lawyer of the Bar Association of Madrid, Jorge Pintó, will be a charge of opening the day’s practical orientation, with Coello de Portugal, Iñigo Martínez del Peral, managing partner of Law Coello de Portugal, and Manuel López-Medel and Báscones, general secretary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid. After them, Rafael Serrano Prada will intervene as one of the best experts in the fields.
The event will be held at the headquarters of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, Calle Ribera del Loira, 56-58, in Madrid, and will start at 9.30 am in the morning. In developing it, the latest news affecting the leases after the approval of Law 4/2013, of June 4, from easing measures and promotion of the housing market, will be addressed.
And especially for the fulfillment of the 20-year period provided for in the transitional provision 3 of Act 29/1994, which expires next January 1, 2015, for many previous contracts to Royal Decree-Law 2/1985, popularly known as Decree Boyer and affects rental contracts with the so-called old rental.
Throughout the morning, these matters will be discussed from a practical standpoint, the new regulatory framework for urban leases and possibilities of transfer, termination and transitional arrangements for leases of business premises concluded before these rules are still in force. At the end of the presentations of the experts, attendees can ask questions and solve any of these issues.
