Last Friday, took place at the headquarters of ISDE in Madrid, the Conference ‘Coaching. Personal & Profesional Development’ as well as the presentation of the High level Course on Coaching, a professional programme that will start in February 2011.

Mr. Ignacio Lascaray from ISIE (Instituto Superior de Inteligencia Emoncional), Director of the course, explained to the audience the reasons why Coaching is not a passing mod but a method which is among us to stay. The main of those reasons is that it is a method of proven efficiency. Thanks to Coaching it is possible to fix the right goals and also to achieve them, both in a personal and a professional sense.
