100% Scholarship for the Master’s in Access to the Practice of Law + Internship at Simmons & Simmons

What does this scholarship offer you?
The prestigious international law firm Simmons & Simmons will award a scholarship to study ISDE’s Master’s in Access to the Practice of Law, which will be granted to a selected candidate based on academic merit and financial need.
The scholarship recipient will also complete the master’s compulsory internship at Simmons & Simmons, gaining access to high-level professional experience in an international legal environment.
The scholarship covers 100% of the master’s tuition fee
To be eligible, candidates must have previously passed the admissions process for ISDE’s Master’s Degree in Access to the Practice of Law. To do so, they must submit the following documentation:
Currículum Vítae
Academic transcript of the degree
Copy of the university degree (if already available)
Cover letter
Proof of financial need
Proof of language proficiency
Proof of disability (if applicable)
Related professional experience (if applicable)
Summary sheet (download below)
* In case of an initial positive evaluation by the admissions committee, the candidate must also complete written tests and a personal interview, as part of the standard ISDE admission process.

How these scholarships work
What is the admissions process like?
The candidate must initiate the application process for the Simmons & Simmons Scholarship, which will be awarded based on academic merit and financial need. The criteria that will be assessed are as follows:
Merit:
- Grade point average from their undergraduate or bachelor’s studies.
- Knowledge of languages.
- Professional experience or related internships.
- Other related studies.
Financial need:
- Travel from the place of origin.
- Large family.
- Disability.
- Others (particular economic needs that the applicant wishes to address).
It is essential that all the information provided by the candidate is supported by the corresponding documentation. For example:
If the candidate holds a C1 English certificate, they must submit a copy of the certificate.
If they belong to a large family, a copy of the accreditation certificate will be required.
Particular attention should be given to documents proving the personal and/or family economic situation, which justify the need for the scholarship to access the Master of Access to the Legal Profession.

Until when can I apply?
The scholarship fund assigned to each program is distributed before the program begins and until the availability is exhausted. Therefore, the scholarship cannot be requested once the program has started.
