Sport is not just passion, it’s a global market that demands your legal and strategic expertise.

ISDE’s Online Master in Sports Markets, Management and Sports Law is designed to train the professionals who will lead the sports industry from a legal, strategic, and management perspective. Delivered by active experts from clubs, leagues, agencies, and specialized law firms, this program prepares you to master the sector’s core areas—from negotiating contracts and transfers to managing media rights, sponsorships, sports marketing, and international dispute resolution.

You will also explore high-impact topics such as eSports, EU sports regulation, athletes’ data protection, and reputational crisis management. Introduction and objectives

The world of sport occupies one of the most important positions within the entertainment sector. It is therefore essential to know both the general aspects characteristic of the whole sector, as well as what is specific to sport, within it.

Responding to this need, this master’s degree provides an overview of the legal, economic, organizational and management aspects that affect it. It therefore includes various modules that connect sporting activity with audiovisual, gaming, video game, information and brand policy protection policies, etc. The aim is to explain and familiarize students with the central elements of the markets associated with sport.

In order to achieve the objective of a complete training, during the first phase all the aspects included in the program are studied in depth, always with an application to situations that faithfully reproduce the cases and the work environment of the professionals of the area.

The second phase of the program consists of a mandatory internship, where students work in one of the firms, clubs or organizations in the sector, with a view to their definitive incorporation.

  • The Master in Markets, Industry and Sports and Entertainment Law at ISDE is for you if you want to work where sport meets entertainment: audiovisual, gaming, sports information and brand. It offers a global view of the legal, economic, organisational and management aspects of the sector.
