A day dedicated to addressing one of the biggest questions of our time: how is artificial intelligence transforming talent and the way we work?
The Digital Talent Summit 2026, organized by DIGITALENT GROUP through the Digital Talent Observatory, brought together executives and experts to discuss the major challenges AI presents for organizations: employability, emerging professional roles, leadership, education, corporate culture and new skills.
ISDE also had its own dedicated session with the panel “HR in the Legal Sector,” moderated by Carlos García-León , Managing Partner at Legal Reputation . The panel featured Núria Martín Furriol , HR Director at Cuatrecasas ; Jose Luis Risco Rojas , Talent Partner at EY ; María Fuente Martínez de Bedoya , HR Director at White & Case LLP ; and Lorena Díaz, Director of Transformation and Talent at Enagás . The discussion focused on how AI and technological transformation are impacting talent and human resources, with particular attention to the legal sector.
During the event, we also learned about the findings of Spain’s 1st Digital Talent Barometer, presented by Ignacio (Nacho) De Pinedo Palomero , which provided new insights into how talent is evolving in this changing landscape.
