ISDE was proudly represented at the 33rd edition of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, one of the most demanding and prestigious forums in international commercial arbitration 🌍⚖️.
A team of six students brought to a close eight months of intensive preparation, tackling a complex international sales case with rigor and demonstrating a high technical standard in both the written submissions and oral rounds.
The road to Vienna was marked by outstanding results in several international Pre-Moots, including a victory at the AlexU-CRCICA Vis Pre-Moot 🏆, top placements in London, and multiple semifinal finishes in Madrid, Central Asia, and Pavia. In the final phase, the team competed against leading universities from around the world, showing remarkable strength in a field of nearly 400 participants
In addition, ISDE received an honorable mention in the Dr. Joseph Schwartz Award 🏅, recognizing its contribution to networking and strengthening the international legal community.
