This double qualification will allow you to train as a lawyer with all the knowledge and practical skills necessary to specialize in an area of law that has a marked vocational character, where private and public interests intertwine, and where it is crucial to protect both the collective and each of its members, particularly minors.
Training as an outstanding family lawyer is one of the clearest examples of living the profession as a true vocation.
After all, this area is in a way a summary of everything that law is and what it protects. The common and the individual, the public and the private, and especially the defense of the weakest. All of this makes the professionals who dedicate themselves to it “of a different caliber” and have a clear passion for the subject.
The Master’s in Family and Child Law Practice will allow you to make this vocation your way of life, providing you with the necessary professional skills to practice this area of law. The perfect combination of theory and practice, guided by the most prestigious Family Law firms in Spain, makes this Master’s the ideal choice if you wish to work for a specialized firm or create your own professional project.
These professionals will help you understand and master all the procedural and technical intricacies, as well as the latest jurisprudential trends, while also perfecting the essential tools for proper professional performance from the beginning to the end of the most common procedures, whether through amicable or contentious routes.
How to attract clients, what to consider when setting your fees, or the guidelines to follow for the best defense in court, are some of the skills you will internalize through the most comprehensive program available within the current training offerings.
