DURATION: 18 months
STRUCTURE
Two phases:
- First phase: Classroom instruction:
- One academic year for access studies and one academic semester for the Master’s in Family and Child Law.
- Classes are held Monday through Thursday, with schedules depending on the chosen access modality.
- Some mornings each week, students will attend conferences and practical sessions at law firms and institutions collaborating with ISDE, with offices in the city of Madrid.
- Fridays are dedicated to personal study, group work, and workshops.
- Second phase: Integration through internships:
- Mandatory phase. One academic semester of internships in the field of family and child law, at one of ISDE’s partner firms.

The faculty will be composed of:
– University Faculty, with preference for those who demonstrate professional practice experience, for example, by being members of a law firm and, in any case, with permanent and stable links to the Universidad Carlos III and the Il.lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Terrassa.
– Practicing Lawyers with more than three years of professional experience, belonging to the professional firms and law offices collaborating with the Course. For selecting these professionals, ISDE draws on its extensive experience teaching similar programs, allowing it to select not only those who are the leading specialists in various branches of law but also those who have demonstrated their ability to effectively teach students the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their professional practice.

ACCREDITED DEGREE
Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
