Patentes e innovación tecnológica – Módulo 1 (220 horas)
Aprende cómo gestionar los derechos de propiedad industrial vinculados a la tecnología y todas las actividades jurídicas de gestión de activos intangibles tecnológicos y digitales.
Orientación laboral y soft skills – Módulo 2 (76 horas)
Prepárate para entrar en el mercado laboral y adquiere las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para desarrollar tu carrera profesional.
Marcas. Competencia y publicidad – Módulo 3 (120 horas)
Adquiere los conocimientos que necesitas para la protección de una marca y la gestión de una cartera de marcas, así como las normas de libre competencia, competencia desleal y publicidad comercial.
Propiedad Intelectual, derecho del entretenimiento y ciberseguridad – Módulo 4 (120 horas)
Entiende el marco jurídico de la protección y delimitación de la protección de datos y la propiedad intelectual, también profundizarás en cada sector de la industria cultural y del entretenimiento.
Finalizada la primera fase del programa, el alumno ya dispone de herramientas e instrumentos necesarios para el ejercicio de la abogacía.
Para poder profundizar y demostrar esos conocimientos prácticos, en la segunda fase los estudiantes se incorporan a despachos de abogados, nacionales e internacionales. Allí, son guiados por un abogado-tutor que se encarga de introducirles en la mecánica de trabajo del despacho y en los asuntos jurídicos en los que el alumno participará.
El destino del alumno es determinado por la Dirección del Master en función de los resultados académicos, el análisis del perfil personal de cada alumno y los requisitos exigidos por las propias firmas de abogados. De este modo, se garantiza el éxito de las prácticas y la buena orientación del alumno.
A través del Trabajo de Fin de Master, el alumno tiene la oportunidad de profundizar en el estudio de un tema de su interés, aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos y su capacidad de resolución de problemas en entornos nuevos o poco conocidos dentro de contextos más amplios relacionados con su área de estudio. Ello supone que el mismo sea capaz de integrar conocimientos y enfrentarse a la complejidad de formular juicios a partir de una información que, siendo incompleta o limitada, incluya reflexiones sobre las responsabilidades sociales y éticas vinculadas a la aplicación de sus conocimientos y juicios.

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
