Master in International Tax Advice

DURATION: One academic year

STRUCTURE

Two phases:

Phase one: Classroom instruction:

• One academic semester.
• Classes from Monday to Thursday in the afternoon.
• Some mornings per week students will attend conferences and practical sessions in offices and institutions collaborating with ISDE, with offices in the city of Madrid and Barcelona.
• Fridays will be dedicated to personal study, group work and workshops.
• INTERNATIONAL TAX LAW COURSE: Training stay at the prestigious University of Miami.

Second phase: Integration in practices:

• Obligatory phase. Internships in professional services firms (auditors, consultants and legal advisors), law firms and tax departments of large companies collaborating with ISDE (more than 250) nationally and internationally.

• Consulting and auditing firms, also known as the Big Four, (primarily in areas of specialization related to Tax Law).
• Large national and international companies, both listed and SMEs, (mainly in departments specialized in financial tax advice).
• Banks, investment banks, savings banks, and other financial market operators.
• Firms and companies that hire the most students from this Master’s program: EY, PKF-ATTEST, PwC Spain, CUATRECASAS, Benow Partners, KPMG, Deloitte, BLN PALAO, MA Abogados, GÓMEZ-ACEBO & POMBO, BDO, among others.

Faculty:

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.

In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
