Director of the Area of Members and Distribution of Rights of AISGE
Lawyer, member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM), he is an expert in the management of intellectual property rights and is currently the Director of the Area of Partners and Distribution of Rights of AISGE, Performing Artists Management Society. Member of the Spanish Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, he also belongs to the Spanish Association of Entertainment Law (DENAE).
Likewise, at the international level, he is Convener of the Audiovisual Societies’ Forum (AV FORUM), as well as a member of the Business Working Group (BWG) of the Societies’ Council for the Collective Management of Performers’ Rights, with the SCAPR logo and headquarters in Brussels, furthermore, he is an advisor to several European and Latin American rights management companies, as well as to the LATIN ARTIS organization, which brings together these entities in the Ibero-American sphere. Graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, he has a Master’s in Organization and Human Resources from the GARRIGUES Study Center and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the UNED.
