Our degree in sport, exercise and nutrition facilitates scientific and academic knowledge with a practical approach. With a real-world, multidisciplinary orientation, the programme will train you to enhance sporting performance and health goals of people of all ages and levels. This programme offers theoric learning in areas such as sports performance assessment and human physiology, together with practical training in the laboratory, sports facilities and nutrition kitchen. Program

This program offers you complete training that combines theory and practice to excel in the field of nutrition, sports and exercise. From day one, you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, such as sports laboratories and a nutrition kitchen specifically designed to put your knowledge into practice. With a multidisciplinary orientation, you will learn to understand how the human body works, the role of nutrition in performance, and how people’s mental and physical health interact. In addition, the program includes internship opportunities, study abroad or a year in an international company, which will provide you with a global vision of the sector. The practical approach and direct contact with the best professionals in the sector will allow you to create a solid network of contacts and develop specific skills, highly valued in today’s job market. At the end of the program, you will have the training and experience necessary to position yourself as an expert in a challenging and constantly growing sector.


Bachelor, three years with 120 British credits per year.

  • First year at Level 4.
  • Second year at Level 5.
  • Third year at Level 6.
    The final module, SER UG Project (40 credits), aims to develop your independent working skills by focusing on a topic of your choice.

Master’s in Sport Management and Legal Skills, one year (two phases).

  • Phase 1: On-site teaching, with 12 modules.
  • Phase 2: Mandatory internship.
