The expert course in International Family and Inheritance Law is made up of two phases, the first of them theoretical-practical, while the second will be developed with a pioneering learning methodology based on workshops and the analysis of real cases that will allow students build on previously acquired knowledge.
The program’s primary objective is to provide the student with the knowledge, tools and information necessary to be able to solve with solvency and rigor different casuistries of high complexity within International Family and Inheritance Law, such as the abduction of minors Spain-Germany and Spain-England, or the peculiarities of international abductions outside Europe (such as the impossible Russia and Japan).
The sessions on transversal skills, such as conflict mediation with an international perspective, will provide students with a clear added value as expert professionals in this complex and exciting subject.
The program will also provide students with highly specialized training in current issues and legal interest such as international affiliation and surrogacy in the US or Ukraine.
The full course will last approximately 5 weeks.
Classes and practical workshops will occupy 3 hours a day, from Monday to Thursday.
The first 15 hours of the program will be dedicated to theoretical-practical classes, from the general part of the course.

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
