In-house corporate counsel negotiating licensing, new technology, development and sponsorship agreements for the digital media arm of Major League Baseball. Lead and primary technology lawyer for all aspects of MLBAM’s growing streaming services business, negotiating various licenses and technology deals for “over the top” access to content and application development.

Oversee consumer protection, privacy, and compliance issues for consumer products and social media properties for all controlled MLBAM properties. In addition, I work on negotiating and crafting national sponsorship agreements for Major League Baseball and the licensing of both MLB and NHL content via the internet.
