DURATION: Until May 2026.
CLASSES: Classes will be held at ISDE’s headquarters in Mexico City, with four-hour sessions on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, from September to May. The teaching staff will primarily consist of practicing Mexican lawyers. There is a possibility of having Spanish professors for certain subjects. Some of these sessions could be conducted online to accommodate the availability of international faculty.
Master’s students will have the opportunity to undertake internships at law firms and institutions affiliated with ISDE in Mexico City, the United States, or Madrid. These stays, included in the program, will be optional and available for those who wish to complement their training with professional experience. For those without an assigned firm, ISDE can assist in placing them in one of the collaborating institutions.
As an optional addition to the master’s program, students can participate in a one-week in-person program at New York University in New York City. During this stay, they will join students from the Madrid and Barcelona campuses in an exclusive course on negotiation. This intensive program offers a unique academic and professional experience in an international setting. Participation in this course is not included in the master’s program and must be contracted separately.
Students who complete the Master’s will receive, in addition to the Master’s in International Law and Digital Law degree, a Digital Business Certificate offered by ISDI Mexico, thus expanding their training in both law and technological business.

Once the relevant Program has concluded and ISDE has verified that the STUDENT has completed their work satisfactorily, the STUDENT will receive the corresponding Degree certificate for each PROGRAM.
In compliance with current legality and, specifically, as set forth in article 4.4 of decree 84/2004, it is noted that ISDE’s programs are professionally oriented and therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are courses that do not lead to the acquisition of a title with official value, but to that of a proprietary title from ISDE.
