Law is not only in the courts.
It is also in stadiums, in competitions, in contracts, and in the entertainment industry.
There are students who discover what a lawyer actually does when they finish their degree. At ISDE, they begin to see it from the very first year.
This program is designed for those who want to understand how one of the most global industries truly works: sports and entertainment.
Here, you don’t study Law and then decide what to do afterward. From the beginning, you start getting to know the professional environment in which you will work.

Employability at the top firms and law offices
Why should you study the Bachelor’s Degree in Law + Master’s in Markets, Industry and Sports & Entertainment Law?
The biggest problem when choosing a degree is not its difficulty. It’s not knowing where it will take you.
Many students interested in sports or entertainment end up studying something “similar” without being clear about what job they will be able to pursue afterward.
In this program, something different happens. During the degree, you see how clubs, agencies, law firms, and sports organizations operate, you understand how real contracts are negotiated, you explore professional areas before having to choose, and you complete internships from the first year.
You don’t wait four years to find out whether that world is right for you. You discover it while you train for it.
Dual degree with high employability
Learn from industry experts, with real cases and networking opportunities with sector professionals.
Practical and international approach
From the start you work with a practical methodology that combines a theoretical foundation, analysis of real cases, legal argumentation and teamwork, bringing the classroom closer to the reality of a law firm.
Access to a key network of contacts
Connection with leading companies and organisations in the sport and entertainment sectors.
Training aligned with market realities
You will master the main tools of the profession: regulation, negotiation, image and audiovisual rights, and sponsorship.
01 .
Introduction and objectives
The program combines the Bachelor’s Degree in Law with the Master’s in Markets, Industry and Sports and Entertainment Law to develop an increasingly in-demand profile: a professional who understands both the legal regulation and the real functioning of these industries.
During the program you develop:
- A solid legal foundation (civil, commercial, international, and regulatory law)
- Professional judgment
- An economic understanding of the sector
- And real practical experience
The goal is not to study two separate fields. It is to understand how decisions are made when there are contracts, economic rights, sponsorship, intellectual property, and legal liability involved.
You don’t finish your degree wondering where you fit in. You graduate knowing the environments in which you can work.

Programme
The content has been designed together with professionals from the legal sector and the sports and audiovisual industries.
You learn what these professionals look for in someone who is starting to work with them.
Not abstract knowledge without application.
During the program:
- You analyze sports and audiovisual contracts
- You work on real cases
- You learn negotiation and professional drafting
- You understand how sports organizations are structured
- And how economic and image rights are managed
The professors are lawyers, legal advisors, federation officials, and industry professionals.
They teach from the logic of the market, not from the logic of an exam.</final
- Guaranteed internships from the first year
ISDE, pioneers in adapting the university to the business world.
From the first year, you complete progressive internships.
As part of your learning, not as a formality.
At ISDE, when you finish your degree, you are not entering this sector for the first time. You step into an environment you already know.

Academic Stays
Mandatory
ISDE students not only receive teaching from the faculty of partner universities, but also live a life experience that fosters personal growth. ISDE maintains a number of agreements in the United States with prestigious universities that, together with ISDE’s academic team, design programmes tailored to the institution’s in-depth international training offer. The content of these programmes is always defined by two main approaches: internationality and excellence. Current topics are addressed from a broad perspective and through a participatory system that encourages students to form their own opinions and assess the environment that will surround them when they complete their studies and begin their professional careers.
Electives
Students can join the Erasmus+ programme to undertake long-term university stays in other European countries. ISDE has agreements with universities in Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, France, Italy… which complement the mandatory international stays in the United States.
06 .
Certificate of accreditation
In compliance with current legislation and, specifically, the provisions of Article 4.4 of Decree 84/2004, it is hereby stated that ISDE programs have a professional orientation and, therefore, unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not lead to the award of an official degree, but rather to an ISDE proprietary degree.
Upon completion, you will obtain: Bachelor’s Degree in Law + Master’s in Markets, Industry and Sports and Entertainment Law (ISDE).
The difference lies in how you reach your first job. Because the sector is not only looking for graduates. It is looking for professionals who understand the industry from the inside. And with this ISDE program, you will be one of them.
