Don’t choose between law or finance. Lead with both.
We live in a global environment where legal decisions have a direct impact on markets and financial decisions require deep legal knowledge. This degree is designed for those who do not want to choose between law or finance, but rather master both languages.
Here you prepare to understand how markets work, interpret the legal framework that regulates them and make decisions with a strategic vision, from day one and with a clear professional focus. Because the profile demanded by firms, financial institutions and international organisations is clear: legal professionals with financial insight and a global mindset.

Introduction and objectives
ISDE’s Bachelor’s Degree in Law was created with a clear objective: to train well-rounded legal professionals, prepared to take on the highest levels of responsibility in an increasingly complex, competitive and global professional environment. Through an educational model that combines academic excellence, a practical methodology and personalised support, students develop not only solid legal knowledge, but also sound judgement, analytical skills and a strategic vision.
Practical training is an essential part of ISDE’s DNA. From the first academic year, students learn Law as it is practised, with elite faculty, mandatory internships in legal and financial areas, and the ongoing support of a professional mentor who guides their academic development and shapes their professional future.
At the same time, the Master in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets, developed in collaboration with Instituto BME, broadens students’ professional horizons by integrating solid financial training and access to official operator licences. This unique combination makes it possible to obtain, in four years, a dual qualification in Law and Financial Markets, together with professional certifications that open up new opportunities in the legal, financial and business fields.
The aim is to train professionals who can understand Law, markets and business, ready to add value from day one and lead their careers at the intersection of the legal and financial worlds.

Program
We are pioneers in involving the most prestigious national and international law firms in the development of the programme’s content. ISDE is the only institution in which firms play an active role. Our students are trained in the knowledge that law firms truly need through their own lawyers, who tell them exactly what they must know in order to be hired by them.
They work under the client demand method, which means our students are trained to resolve legal disputes using real cases from the very first year. The lecturers are collaborating partners—many of them shareholders and board members—who treat students as if they were their own employees and select them to join their teams.
- Guaranteed internships from the first year
ISDE, pioneers in adapting the university to the business world.
You will complete around 150 hours of internships each academic year at leading law firms and legal practices in Spain. In addition, the training is always delivered with a strongly practical approach, aligned with the most common real-life cases seen in the courts, with professional internships starting from the first year. In this sense, delivering the Master’s programme alongside the degree makes this ISDE-exclusive programme unique within the European higher education landscape.

Academic Stays
Mandatory
ISDE students not only receive training from the faculty of partner universities, but also live a life experience that fosters their personal growth. ISDE maintains a series of agreements in the USA with prestigious universities that design, together with ISDE’s academic team, the corresponding programmes tailored to the international and in-depth training that the institution offers students. The content of these programmes is always defined by two main approaches: internationality and excellence. Current topics are addressed from a broad perspective and with a participatory system that encourages students to form their own opinions and assess the environment that will surround them when they complete their studies and begin their professional careers.
Electives
Students can join the Erasmus+ programme to undertake long-term university stays in other European countries. ISDE has agreements with universities in Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, France, Italy… which complement the mandatory international stays in the USA.
06 .
Certificate of accreditation
In compliance with current legislation and, specifically, as established in Article 4.4 of Decree 84/2004, it is hereby stated that ISDE programmes have a professional orientation and, therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are educational programmes that do not lead to the award of an officially recognised degree, but rather an ISDE proprietary qualification.
